The Petroncini T 5/10 Kg per cycle Coffee Roaster is currently undergoing refurbishment, ready to come back into action with optimal performance and improved functionalities.

We offer two burner options to suit your preferences: you can choose between a manual modulating burner with a numerical valve for flame management or a single-stage burner, both capable of ensuring precise control over roasting.

The control panel has been completely renewed and certified, equipped with a digital temperature regulator and a drum temperature probe, to ensure accurate and consistent roasting.

Moreover, the chaff collector has been rebuilt with new construction steel, guaranteeing durability and long-term reliability.

The refurbishment process includes:

Remaking the oven with refractory bricks to ensure uniform heat distribution.
Sandblasting metals to remove any trace of oxidation and impurities.
Painting with high-temperature resistant paint for durable protection against thermal stresses.
Replacing all motors and gear motors to guarantee trouble-free operation.
Replacing bearings and worn materials to maintain high performance over time.
Installing a new, certified control panel with a temperature probe.
Installing a new, certified burner.
Replacing any necessary pneumatic pistons and solenoid valves as needed.
Installing new connecting pipes to ensure efficient operation.
Implementing safety systems in compliance with legal regulations.

The coffee roaster will be sold with electrical certification, burner certification, and CE certification, complete with a detailed user manual.
